“We hired Houseal Construction for 2 projects; the first to rip up carpet, lay down hardwood floors, and build a custom media center built in. The 2nd was to completely renovate our mudroom/laundry space; tearing out a closet, relocating laundry to the basement, replacing tile floors, installing exterior doors, and creating custom cabinetry and a bench for the mudroom. We are THRILLED with the results of both projects. Kyle's quality of work is phenomenal, and his communication and professionalism make him a pleasure to work with. Kyle did an amazing job of bringing our vision, both for our living room and mudroom, to life. He was also able to be creative and work around some existing structures that we didn't anticipate, to create GORGEOUS custom built-ins for our mudroom. Kyle's communication is excellent, both in terms of his schedule and the project itself. I always knew when he was coming and going. He always made sure to check in before key elements of the work was done, to make sure we were on the same page. I can be very picky about certain things, and he was ALWAYS patient and collaborative, listening to my questions and concerns and thoughtfully addressing them and helping to find solutions.
