We only take on a select number of projects at a time to ensure every renovation gets our full attention — so starting early helps secure your ideal spot.

Current 2026 Availability:

  • July: 1 Bathroom spot available

  • August: 1 outdoor space (ie. deck or addition)

  • September: 2 Bathrooms or 1 kitchen

  • October–December: Currently reserving spots for larger-scale renovations and custom builds

We expect these later-season spots to fill quickly once our spring projects are underway.

    "We’ve all experienced that contractor who ghosts us, who gets the deposit then stops coming to the worksite on a regular basis? This is NOT that company! They show up everyday at 6:50am (they said 7am and they were early every day. They quoted 4 weeks and today is 3 weeks and 1 day. They are packing up with some minor stuff to do tomorrow. They cover the floor with clothes and clean every day as they are leaving. The quality of work is outstanding. I now have a bathroom I’m proud of, that is everything I ever dreamed of! I’m never going to hire anyone but Houseal Construction ever again."
