Coming from a rich background in mechanical engineering, I have a profound appreciation for both the structural and aesthetic aspects of design. My approach is deeply influenced by my early experiences working alongside my father, a skilled plumber, which ingrained in me a meticulous attention to detail and a respect for the intricacies of building sciences. At Houseal Construction, I specialize in transforming ordinary spaces into stunning, functional environments that resonate with the needs and styles of our clients.
My designs are characterized by a 'millennial beige' aesthetic, which embraces a palette of soothing, understated colors complemented by high-quality materials that ensure durability and timeless elegance. Initial Engagement: Our process begins with an in-person estimate and consultation to understand your vision, needs, and the specifics of your space. This crucial first meeting sets the foundation for a tailored design approach. We move forward with the detailed design process once we have received a 5% deposit based on our project estimate, ensuring commitment and alignment from both sides.

Visualizing Your Space: Following the initial consultation, we create a detailed floor plan along with a 3D model that presents optional layouts. This step helps you visualize the potential transformations of your space, providing a clear basis for further customization and refinement.

Choosing and Visualizing Materials: Based on your inspiration photos and our expert assessment, we select materials that align with the envisioned style and functionality. We then compile these choices into a design board that displays all selected materials and fixtures together. This allows you to see how the various elements interact and complement each other, ensuring everything harmonizes beautifully before final decisions are made.

Tailored to Perfection: If any aspects of the initial selections don’t quite meet your expectations or if your preferences evolve during the process, we revisit the design board. We'll reselect fixtures and materials as needed, refining the design through a collaborative back-and-forth process until you are completely satisfied with every detail.

Your Dream, Finalized: Once all elements of the design meet your approval, we finalize the details. This step confirms that every piece is perfectly placed and ready for implementation.

Bringing the Design to Life: With your final approval, we schedule the project, handle all necessary permits, and begin the purchasing process. We then move forward with the actual renovation, ensuring every step is executed with precision, from planning to completion.
