Our 2025 calendar is fully booked, and we’re now scheduling new projects for early 2026.
We only take on a select number of projects at a time to ensure every renovation gets our full attention — so starting early helps secure your ideal spot.
Current 2026 Availability:
February: 1 kitchen or 2 bathroom projects available
March: 1 kitchen or 2 bathroom projects available
April: 1 kitchen or 2 bathroom projects available
May–June: Limited availability for additions or full-home remodels
July–December: Currently reserving spots for larger-scale renovations and custom builds
We expect these later-season spots to fill quickly once our spring projects are underway.

"We’ve all experienced that contractor who ghosts us, who gets the deposit then stops coming to the worksite on a regular basis? This is NOT that company! They show up everyday at 6:50am (they said 7am and they were early every day. They quoted 4 weeks and today is 3 weeks and 1 day. They are packing up with some minor stuff to do tomorrow. They cover the floor with clothes and clean every day as they are leaving. The quality of work is outstanding. I now have a bathroom I’m proud of, that is everything I ever dreamed of! I’m never going to hire anyone but Houseal Construction ever again."

They did a complete gut and replacement of our kitchen along with some flooring and cosmetic work on an adjacent dining room, library and hallway. We can't say enough good things about them, but here are the main things: 1) They completed our project on time and on budget; 2) the quality of their work was excellent; 3) their entire team was polite and professional; 4) with one exception, they showed up every day they were scheduled to show up (they told us in advance on the one day they couldn't make it due to a scheduling conflict); 5) they cleaned up after themselves every day; 6) they listened to us and promptly addressed anything we brought to their attention (which was not much); 7) they paid great attention to details; 8) they are genuinely nice people to work with.
