Pricing is based on the scope of work (plumbing, layout changes, structural needs) and your material selections. We’ll walk you through all your options to create something both beautiful and functional.

HOW MUCH WILL MY KITCHEN RENOVATION COST?

This could be anywhere from $85,000 to $200,000+ depending on the extent of the work that needs to be done (including getting plumbing up to code, removing walls, etc.) and the materials we choose.

CAN I DO MY OWN DEMO OR HELP OUT TO SAVE MONEY?

We understand the DIY spirit, but we prefer to handle all aspects of your renovation. This ensures everything meets our quality standards—and it protects you, too. If we do the work, it’s fully covered by our warranty. If something goes wrong, we’ve got your back.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Yes. Every project comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of completion. If anything we installed or built isn’t functioning properly due to our work, we’ll come back and fix it at no charge.

We also offer extended warranty options for added peace of mind—ask us about those during the estimate process.

DO YOU PROVIDE DESIGN SERVICES?

Yes! We specialize in custom, functional design that’s tailored to your lifestyle. From layout planning to material selection, our design process ensures your renovation looks beautiful and works perfectly for how you live. Whether you already have ideas or don’t know where to start, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS LIKE FROM ESTIMATE TO PROJECT COMPLETION?

Once you fill out our pre-estimate form, we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation. From there, the process includes:

1. Site Visit & Estimate

2. Design & Material Selections

3. Project Planning & Scheduling

4. Construction

5. Final Walkthrough + Punchlist items

We keep communication clear and consistent throughout, so you’ll always know what to expect.

DO YOU HANDLE PERMITS?

Yes—we take care of all necessary permits and inspections for your renovation. We’re familiar with local codes and town-specific requirements, and we make sure everything is handled properly so you don’t have to worry about it.

HOW LONG WILL MY RENOVATION TAKE?

Every project is unique, but here are some general timelines to help you plan:

• Kitchen renovations: 8–14 weeks

• Primary bathrooms: 6–10 weeks

• Powder rooms, mudrooms, and laundry rooms: 4–6 weeks

If you're renovating multiple spaces—like a kitchen, bathroom, and mudroom—you can generally expect the total timeframe to be a combination of the individual room estimates. We often overlap phases where possible to streamline the process, but larger, multi-room projects do take more time.

Once we know your scope and selections, we’ll provide a custom timeline and keep you updated throughout the project.

CAN I LIVE IN MY HOME DURING THE RENOVATION?

Yes—you can absolutely remain in your home during the renovation, and many of our clients do. It can be a bit messy and noisy at times, but we plan carefully to minimize disruption and always prioritize your comfort and safety.

We’re also experienced in working around pets, kids, and day-to-day routines. If needed, we can set up dust barriers, designate safe work zones, and coordinate work hours that respect your schedule.

For kitchen renovations, we provide a Welcome Packet with practical tips for setting up a temporary kitchen—and we offer a rental camping sink with hot water for clients who want a bit more convenience during the transition.

WHAT IF THIS IS MY SECOND HOME OR VACATION PROPERTY?

We regularly work on second homes and vacation properties, and we’re happy to coordinate projects even if you’re not here full-time. We use clear communication, regular photo updates, and scheduled check-ins to keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Whether you're managing things from afar or planning to be on-site occasionally, we’ll make the process as seamless as possible.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

We typically structure payments in progress-based installments:

1. 5% non-refundable deposit to hold your place on our schedule and initiate the design process

2. Milestone payments during construction (e.g. after demo, rough-in, cabinetry install)

3. Final payment upon project completion

All terms will be clearly outlined in your contract, and we’re happy to walk you through everything before we get started.
